Informational nature and no professional reliance

Articles and examples discuss food planning, awareness, and choice in everyday language. They are not a substitute for advice from qualified professionals in regulated areas that apply to your circumstances. We do not provide medical, dietetic, or other specialist services through this site. You remain responsible for how you use the material.

Eligibility and age

The site is intended for adults. If you help a young person to read it, a parent or guardian should take responsibility for the context in which the information is used. The contact form should not be used to send data about children in a way that would conflict with the privacy rights of those individuals.

Account and access

We may add optional accounts or access-controlled areas in the future. If we do, we will post updated terms or supplementary rules and, where the law requires, ask for your consent. Until then, access is public except where technical measures protect infrastructure.

Acceptable use

You may view, download, and print pages for your personal, non-commercial reference. You may not:

• Attempt to break authentication, test vulnerabilities without our written authorisation, or distribute malware.
• Scrape or index the site in a way that degrades performance for others or bypasses the robots rules we describe in robots.txt without a separate data licence.

Disclaimer of warranties

The site and its content are provided as available, without a warranty of uninterrupted access or that every page is free of typographical or technical error. We aim to keep information accurate and to fix mistakes when we become aware of them, without being obliged to update every line on a fixed schedule except where a stronger obligation exists under product or consumer law for a service you have purchased from us under a separate contract.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including loss of data or profit, arising from your use of the public site, except where the law cannot exclude such liability. Content about food and awareness is general and non-clinical, in line with policies that apply to well-being and similar categories on major advertising platforms, including Google Ads destination requirements. If a platform rejects or restricts an ad, we adjust the campaign or the landing copy as needed while keeping this public disclosure accurate.

Law and dispute resolution

These terms are subject to the laws of Finland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would point elsewhere. The courts of Helsinki have non-exclusive jurisdiction where permitted. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you may also have rights to bring a matter before the courts of your home country, and to use an online dispute platform where such systems exist, without us being obliged to participate in voluntary mediation in every case.
